The Regional Innovative Network Aerospace Innovation and Research (RIR AIR) is the reference point for aerospace innovation in Veneto, with over 100 active partners including companies, research institutions, universities, and public authorities.
Recognized by the Veneto Region under decree no. 246 of March 2, 2020, RIR AIR is legally represented by the
Aerospace and Cosmonautics Consortium (Co.Si.Mo.), established on May 7, 2020, by the founding members I.R.C.A. S.p.A. (Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies), Isoclima S.p.A., and the Univeneto Foundation
Mission
AIR – Aerospace Innovation and Research is the ecosystem that connects companies, universities, research centers, and institutions in Veneto to develop cutting-edge technological solutions in the aerospace sector, support the growth and internationalization of the regional supply chain, and foster benefits across multiple industries.
Vision
The Regional Aerospace Innovative Network of Veneto (AIR) positions itself as an integrated ecosystem of companies, universities, and regional stakeholders. Its goal is to be at the forefront of the New Space Economy by adopting a holistic approach, promoting internationalization and financial growth for local businesses, and enhancing the skills and capabilities of the region.

Goals of RIR AIR
1. Enhancing human capital and internationalization
Development of qualified training programs in scientific and technological fields, and promotion of internationalization strategies for participating companies.
2. Access to shared innovation infrastructures
Creation of collaborative laboratories and testbeds to experiment with advanced technological solutions, including projects involving diverse companies.

Coordination in participating in regional, national, and European calls to attract resources that support R&D activities.
