FFR SRL

Founded in 2025, FFR S.r.l. is an Italian deeptech innovative startup based in the province of Vicenza, with a production facility in Cassola (VI). Under the TD Aether brand, the company designs and manufactures unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), counter-UAS systems and FPV platforms for defence, security and dual-use applications. A second brand, FFR Components, focused on components, is in its initial start-up phase. The supply chain is vertically integrated: electronics, firmware and composite airframes are developed and produced in-house, delivering ITAR-free systems, full supply chain control and European technological sovereignty. The team combines operational experience with advanced expertise in flight systems, embedded electronics and computer vision.
